The 2nd Regiment Alabama Volunteer Cavalry was an Cavalry regiment that served in the Confederate Army during the American Civil War.

The 2nd Alabama Cavalry was raised at Montgomery, Alabama, in May 1, 1862.

The regiment surrendered at Forsyth, North Carolina. At the end, the regiment mustered about 450 men.
