Alexandre Etienne DeClout (June 9, 1812 - June 26, 1890) was a prominent Confederate politician. He was born in St. Martin Parish, Louisiana and served in the state legislature in 1837. He represented the state in the Provisional Confederate Congress from 1861 to 1862.
